- Step 1 - Take the GDE Survey to determine your level of preparedness for a "Good Death Experience". You may qualify for a Complimentary 30-Minute GDE Evaluation Session.
- Step 2 - Schedule a Free 30-minute GDE Evaluation Session with an End-of-Life Coordinator to review your GDE Survey.
- Step 3 - Schedule your GDE Evaluation & Planning Session with an End-of-Life Consultant. For more complex needs more than one basic planning session will be required.
- Step 4 - (Optional) We will host a virtual conversation to discuss your GDE plan with your End-of-Life Agent (EOLA).
